Who is Grayson Perry ?

Grayson is a contemporary artist probably best known for his large sale ceramic Vases and tapestries. He has a way of dissecting social issues and prejudices with his art in an endearing but powerful way.

Grayson's Art Club

During the first lockdown in 2020 Grayson launched Grayson's Art Club, a weekly Art TV program that for many became the highlight of their isolation in a very difficult time. Grayson's Art Club was an hour of TV heaven; with Grayson and his wife Philippa Perry broadcasting from their home studio as they produced art on a particular theme each week. The show had a heavy emphasis on art that was submitted by the public with pieces selected each week for an exhibition at the Manchester Art Gallery in 2021.

Art Club is set for a return in February 2021 during Lockdown.
