Is the artwork framed?

The majority of the art is unframed, however if a piece is framed or does not need a frame this will be indicated in the product description

How do you measure the artwork?

For an unframed print we measure the actual paper size. If an artwork has been framed then we will give the external dimensions of the frame

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges vary from piece to piece, details can be seen on each product page.

How are items shipped?

We dispatch direct from our gallery however, some artwork is sent direct from the artists' studio or supplier. Packaging may vary from artwork to artwork. If you purchase several pieces at the same time they may be packaged into one consignment or could be delivered in multiple packages and on different dates.
Deliveries may be made by selected courier firms or if appropriate, Royal Mail postage.
All artwork is shipped tracked and signed for and fully insured.

Packaging?

Packaging is provided by ourselves or the artist. It will be strong and protect the artwork during transit and must meet our packaging standards which are very high.
We aim to dispatch artwork within 48 hours of the order being placed, if there is likely to be a delay you will be informed of this at purchase.

How are payments processed?

All of the payment and invoicing processes are handled by Shopify
