Returns and Refunds
We offer a 7 day Returns Policy when you buy art through We Have Your Prints Gallery. We will refund the original purchase price only, not the shipping cost.
Items made to order are not subject to returns. For example, any artwork printed to order will be non-returnable. Items that are custom framed to your requirements are also non-returnable.
The purchaser is liable for the cost of the return shipping. Please email us email@example.com to start the returns process.
If you are not completely satisfied with your art work then please return the work within 7 days of receiving it.
The cost of returning the item will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. When returning the item it is strongly advised that you use a signed and Insured service as you are liable for any loss or damaged in transit.
We will not accept returns for items that have been damaged post delivery to the customer.
You must return the items within 7 days of your receipt of the art work. The art work shall be returned in its original condition with the original packaging and securely wrapped and sealed. The customer is responsible to ensure that the items arrive back safely and in their original condition.
After we receive and check the items, we will refund the full purchase price of the goods returned, minus the original shipping costs.
