Shipping Your Artwork - COVID Friendly | How We Do It Safely

We take great pride and put a lot of effort into shipping your art to you to ensure that it arrives safely. We only use tracked, signed for and insured delivery services.

We use a COVID Friendly process when packing your art, clean surfaces, hands sanitised and fresh new tissue paper used to carefully wrap your art print. 

Although we use a signed for service the couriers will sign for the package in front of you so that that the whole exchange is contactless. 

Shipping Unmounted prints

We use Royal Mail signed and tracked for all artwork that is not mounted, framed or glazed. Unless stated otherwise artwork will be rolled with acid free tissue paper and shipped in a very sturdy postal tube.

We always discuss with the artist, the best way of shipping their work to ensure that it arrives in pristine condition. Therefore, on occasions some art will be shipped flat.

Unless stated otherwise we aim to ship all orders within 48 hours, if an order is urgent please get in touch and we will do our best to get it to you quickly.

We take great care in rolling and putting the prints into the tube so please be careful removing them. Make sure there are no burrs on the opening of the tube as they might catch the print.  
To remove - gently tap one end until the tissue paper appears then gently pull the tissue paper - Not the print. Please do not pull the print/prints by the corners.

Once out of the tube, allow the print to rest – forcing it flat may cause a crease.

Shipping Framed and Glazed artwork

For artwork that is framed and glazed we either use Royal Mail Parcel Force 24 or another courier such as UPS or DPD. Each frame is protected with extruded foam and then wrapped in numerous layers of bubble wrap. This is then put inside a very thick specialist, telescopic art transportation cardboard box using recyclable paper to fill any voids if necessary. 

We will work hard to ensure that your artwork arrives in pristine condition. Please inspect fully upon receipt of your delivery to make sure that there is no damage.

Shipping Box Canvas

Art on Canvas will be securely wrapped and protected before being placed into a strong cardboard box for shipping.

Import Duties and Tax

We Have Your Prints are not responsible for the payment of any local import Duties or Taxes. This is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
